This old fashioned townhouse is conveniently situated   for all amenities in Competa - the swimming pool, shops, restaurants etc.  It provides an ideal base for exploring both the village and the countryside.  There are excellent walking routes into the Sierras and it is only 35 minutes to the coast at Torrox Costa with its beautiful beach and archeological sites at the lighthouse and old Roman ovens.  

The house sleeps 4, the master bedroom has ensuite facilities.  It is not suitable for young children or the infirm as there are lots of stairs, which lead to a roof terrace with stupendous views to the coast and the white village of Corumbella.   On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.  On the first floor, there is a nice sitting room, bathroom and bedroom.  The third floor offers the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate little sitting room, and the fourth floor breakfast facilities and the roof terrace (so you don't have to carry your breakfast things to the roof from the kitchen below!).
