You can hire bikes in the summer months - April to September - cost £6 per day.
If you are finding it expensive to take a day trip to Orkney, and want to go for a visit, you can hire a cycle in Stromness and enjoy an easy cycling tour for the day. We can provide all of the route maps and information.
You can also hire mountain bikes at Dunnet Head - two available immediately, but we can arrange more if required. You don’t have to stay with us but it would help! We are close to national cycle route 1.
There are some great routes around Dunnet Head both for off road cycling and on the road.
There are some great routes on the road as well. The roads are quiet and fairly flat, the scenery is stupendous - why go anywhere else?
